At Craft Club, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible decor and furnishings. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Craft Club account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and delicate home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
